Give the performance venue and start time, together with any earlier requirement for dining, ticket collection or meeting friends. Ask the venue which entrance and drop-off arrangements suit your group. The scheduled performance time should not be treated as the desired vehicle arrival time.
If a passenger needs a particular entrance or assistance with boarding, include the relevant information at the enquiry stage. Transport hire does not include theatre tickets, admission arrangements or assistance inside the venue unless expressly agreed.
Bar and club visits with a clear itinerary
For an evening involving more than one venue, list the intended stops and explain which timings are fixed. Tell us whether the vehicle should wait, return later or finish after a transfer. Those arrangements differ and should not be left to assumption.
