What to identify in a photograph
Note the body shape, colour and visible details that matter to you. If you are choosing a car for event photographs, explain whether those details are essential or simply preferred. Describe the image clearly when making an enquiry so the team can understand the appearance you have in mind.
An exterior view cannot confirm every feature of a car. Ask separately about the proposed vehicle’s seating, door access, luggage space, transmission and any essential equipment. Photographs may show different examples; a visible feature should not be assumed to be included in the offered car.
Turn a visual preference into a practical request
For an occasion, provide the venue entrance, arrival time and the time needed for photographs. Check where the venue permits a vehicle to stop. If the car is needed for filming or promotional work, describe the intended use through our production vehicle enquiry, including each location and any driving required.
Give passenger and luggage details alongside the visual request. Explain any boarding assistance, child-seat needs or equipment to be carried. This allows the actual car to be assessed for the journey as well as its appearance.
Discuss an RS5 for your date
