Fire-engine event transport enquiries
A fire-engine-themed arrival needs a clear discussion of the vehicle and the event. Derby Limos can check enquiries for Derby and Derbyshire, but the exact offering, date and passenger suitability must be confirmed individually. Refer to the gallery when explaining the type of vehicle you have in mind.
This is an event-hire enquiry, not an emergency service. Do not plan around the use of sirens, emergency lights, operational equipment or attendance by firefighters. Any staffing, props or display elements must be described and agreed in the specific offer, with the venue’s requirements considered.
Agree the purpose of the booking
Explain whether you want passenger transport, a stationary appearance for photographs, or both. Give the event date, location and intended arrival or display times. A vehicle suitable for an appearance should not automatically be assumed to offer the seating or access needed for a passenger journey.
For a prom arrival, obtain the venue’s drop-off instructions before finalising the route. For a birthday event, include the ages of any children travelling and ask about the necessary seating, supervision and access arrangements. The booking team needs those facts to assess suitability.
Check space and safe access at the venue
Describe gates, height restrictions, narrow roads and turning or parking space. Ask the venue where a large vehicle may stand and how guests should reach it. Do not assume that an unusual vehicle has permission to enter a pedestrian area or stop where ordinary event traffic is restricted.
Provide the complete passenger count, luggage and any mobility or child-seat needs. Ask for the seating and boarding arrangement of the actual vehicle offered. Entertainment equipment, refreshments and decorative features should be confirmed separately rather than inferred from photographs.

Use the Derby Limos enquiry form or call 01332 402801. Include the route, timings, event purpose and venue restrictions. Review the vehicle, agreed activities, service, price and conditions in the quotation. If the fire-engine option is unavailable or unsuitable, discuss the other limousine choices against your passenger needs before agreeing an alternative.
